I am 28 yrs. old and quite the newb when it comes to real estate investing, however, I have been soaking up all of the amazing resources that this amazing website has too offer.

Soak up as much knowledge as you can and build your real estate investing team of experienced professionals.

I love the passive income and being able to live a lifestyle I want, I also really enjoy renovating.So I've worked on putting my team together, I believe there are three parts to making up a good real estate team.1) Investors2) Maintenance / Property Managers3) BorrowersRight now, I really fall into the first category, my best friend is quickly becoming very good at doing renovations, taking courses to learn all the rules of the Landlord Tenant Act, courses on building bylaws, and watching pocket fives podcast to not make the same mistakes I did at first and many others have.I'm just looking to soak in all the knowledge I can on these forums and hopefully build some good friendships with the community.Cheers,Glenn

Every since I found the podcast on youtube I have been soaking in all the education I can on the three niches I'm most passionate about which is wholesaling, landlording and fix and flips!

This site has been amazing and I've soaked up so much knowledge in just a couple of weeks, so thanks to you all for being so open.Well, I'm a wife and mother and my husband and I moved from Chicago back in 2013. 

It is also a vocation where practice doesn't always conform to theory, so I would expect that many would seek to learn by soaking up the experience of others.

I gotta save a little more money first :) thank you though man still am soaking up all the knowledge cause I am far from where I need to be!
