@Lance Thomas Get linked up with a good agent and you should be golden...or send me a PM...I have national data and can help if possible.But to answer your question, your basis of valuation for residential properties is the comparable sales method...so, you want similar properties...within 10% difference of square footage if possible...same bedroom and bath configuration...sold within the last 6-months and 1-mile from the subject.
