A lot of people look at the low end market, and that's where that belief comes from.

I have been reading this religiously and been reading many books. 1 Minute to Rental Property Riches will be my book I take on my cruise with me for reading 8) I do not have a job at school but I do not have a car so it would become very difficult.

My belief now is there are three things you can value you in business: time, knowledge and money.

I know that area gets nuts in the spring/summer and I personally know people who rented there over the summer religiously and paid extra because they were getting paid so much through the summer. 

I've been in that business and seen these types of opinions, which mostly stem from their belief that they understand the trajectory of various financial discussions more than the next person, or Big Government, FED, etc. 

The 'real estate superiority' attitude here regularly drives me away.If we are willing to accept our long-held beliefs as always being true in a constantly evolving economy, then we deprive ourselves of the ability to grow and change with the times.  

Contrary to popular belief this isn't for the uber-paranoid.

Although IMO most members of the US Senate and house are so/so at best, too many of them are religious fanatics who draw most of their support from a very fringe group of voters.It's the 21st century folks.

I put alot of belief in the rich dad programs but feel like this was a sale to prey on people.
