This deal, for once, puts his own dollars back in his own pocket and multiplies them.  

You dont just multiply odds of different events :)

My profit in 10 years will be 12 X $450 = $6,300 / year x 10 years = $63,000The big money is made with the Gross Multiplier and the GRM for my buildings is no less than 15.The day I raise the rents the appreciation for my building is 15 x $6,300 = $94,500 + $63,000 in 10 years = $157,500 and those numbers are for only 1 unit.So much for rent contol!!!

Now multiply that $100 a few thousand times.

so you conveniently multiply by 365, for a disease that clearly will peak then diminish... check worldometer  death tolls. 

This is a golden opportunity to flip the table, put small business back in the majority, and with that we would see a recovery unlike any in history as small business's pump $ back into local economies on a multiplier factor to corporations.
