I agree on the meager profits for agents with foreclosures, and it's merely an interest for me at this point. 

I like to add that using leverage also increases your return on investment when you factor in appreciation.For example, with $250K cash for an investment property, let's assume you buy somewhere in the Midwest where the appreciation is a mere 3%.

Since the Mold control liquids fix the Mold, they probably are looking at discoloration caused by cleaning liquids and getting concerned.I will meet them in a day and try to convince them that this is mere discoloration and I will ask them to regularly keep it dry (by exhaust fans and door opens).
