Just a quick updateI filled out the lengthy application for the refi today and submitted it through the banks online system so that is all set.The next step will be for the application will be for it to officially be submitted which will be done on Friday.

property A taxes: 2.4k-4.5k = (-2.1k potential tax losses not realized) and property B 12k-4.5k = 7.5k  Sorry for the lengthy message, but any insight would be greatly appreciated! 

Put over 100k into the full gut, pushing through the 203k rehab for 7 months during peak COVID and finally I was two weeks out from finishing/closing out the construction loan and renting out the first unit, then I had to hit the reset, gut the place and start over due to soot/severe smoke damage from a neighbor's house fire.

Lengthy Escrow seems ridiculous...

The fact that it is very close to record setting means... we're in totally uncharted territory and some people may say "overdue" for a correction.
