Now, as I harshly found out, getting any deal here (on or off market) is so hard right now.

Those repairs would have been made under that policy and avoided the security deposit drama which is unfolding for this landlord.

I don't really want to take that route, too many cooks in the kitchen, drama, you know!

Nothing that he was contracted to do was done to even a mediocre standard, nevermind a professional standard.I am then told by the Lifestyles Unlimited vendor Vice President, Natalie Pilkinton, that I was too harsh in firing him and that I needed to give him as many chances as it takes to get the job done right.  

I don't mean to be harsh, but with the exception of getting a K-1, aren't the benefits above pretty much the same benefits that can be said about direct ownership?

At this point in my life I'm looking for boring, long term, drama free tenants.  

The good thing about Greene County is that I don't see it ever being too harsh on STR regulations.

folks get blinded by returns and dont realize the risk they take on to get those higher returns that in actuality become negative returns or very poor experiences and or lose capital since the only ones buying in the hood are other beginners or super savvy locals whos day job is to run low end high risks properties and are willing to put up with the drama.
