While some may go for the idea, I would not touch it with a 10-foot pole for reasons already mentioned above, mainly potential damages to the home.I also would not like the potential drug activity that could arise from this.To each his/her own.My current lease agreements offer garden spaces to tenants, but prohibit any growth of Marijuana.

Anyway heating is more in Fairbanks because we use fuel compared to natural gas in Anchorage.

We prohibit any satellite dishes attached to the house in any way, but since you can't prohibit them on the property altogether we allow them to be mounted on poles in the yard which can then be removed.

Sorry for the harsh lesson, but, you should not do anymore "...FU to the landlord..." type of stuff....and try to end this amicably as possible, or risk being even more expensive after adding your legal fees and the landlords legal fees and damages.Don't let pride or self-righteousness add more fuel to the fire, it only makes it sting and cost more.

HELLLLLL no...Unstable relationship caused by who knows what but his moral compass doesnt seem very steady.Add a pending divorce to that and i wouldn't touch him with a 10ft pole.
