There is terrific group in Irvine called Women's invest group that meets once a month.

So  "I can spend half of it on women and alcohol....

My dad especially has spent his life giving back to haven house, the hungry, the homeless, battered women, vets, etc.  

And of course I am sure Grant is getting a slice just like any other pitchman/women gets a slice for advertising Nike's or whatever or second labelling wine.. 

See as investors we live in this world of sense, 1+1=2, we understand to better meet housing demands is via empowering housing production, simple sane things.

Empowering housing access and affordability initiatives via housing development and redevelopment in both conveyance for end users in rental and targeted home ownership classifications of under meet and at-risk segment's. 

I firmly believe in the importance of self-education so investors are empowered to make their own decisions and my style is to provide that information rather than tell other people what to do.

It is a part of the business, and unfortunately a part that we as business men and women have to bear the brunt of.
