Does anyone else use tenant cloud for Applications, App fees, and rent?

I'm joining eXp Realty because I was completely blown away with their up and coming business and the way it is cloud based and pretty much everything is handled online, and their is a really cool referral process that can gain you a passive stream of income that I haven't seen anywhere else.

Perhaps, but, in the tech world, similar arguments were made about Amazon several years ago with their AWS cloud business.   

It's recoverable don't let the stress of your life cloud the judgment of a sound business decision.numbers (read that as money) doesn't mean anything more or less them what you associate it with...
