I don't have it but I know a lot of other wholesalers don't have it either, so they use a hard money lender as proof of funds until they bring there buyer inTerrible way to do things, there is NO guarantee you can close. you are dealing from weakness Just find deals, show them to investors, earn, learn, save, then go on your own
