It depends on how the interest is accrued assuming your loan doesn't recast every time the balance goes down.Out of curiosity, if you have $120K/year of extra income, why not put that towards an asset that gives you a higher return on your cash than the loan?

It may be possible to claim the mileage under one of my 7 personally owned properties, but that is not quite right, I think because those miles were accrued in connection with a property I do not own yet.
