@Grant Rothenburger is correct in kevin bupp and frank rolfe are both great leaders within the industry of Mobile home parks and have great content..most free with some that you have to pay for...but well worth it

The area has been a leader across Alabama in job creation and capital investment for as long as many can remember.Nonetheless, the past decade has witnessed the area’s economic engine thrust into overdrive with the addition of thousands of jobs, billions of dollars in investment and a vastly improved unemployment rate.The growth has been widespread both internally, with established companies expanding their existing operations, and external, with the recruitment of new companies.

Bakersfield was a laggard in price increase, but a leader in price decreases.  

If you can find a thought leader, follow them so it will alert you when they share wisdom.  

Be the leader rather than follow behind set the market value.
