NEVER had that happen on subsidized units.Just to add one other point, at renewal inspections by the Housing Program, I have rarely ever had a property that failed due to what was clearly misuse or abuse by Tenants, and the Tenant actually reimbursed for those repairs.

@Cody Furman, If they're nice cameras, tell the tenants that you're going to deem the cameras attached to your building to be fixtures and that you will expect the tenants to leave the cameras at the end of the tenancy or to reimburse you for the cost of new cameras.

They are asking me to return all the rent/security deposit and asking for additional attorney fee + some other reimbursement for groceries/vaccum etc.I am very certain that I didn’t do anything wrong and everything was handled as per landlord/tenant act.
