My advice for new investors is to stay laser focused on developing a strong track record.

No matter what, you will have to buy special products or pay for a professional service to get the smell/hair out of the unit when you go to turn it.

Stay laser focused on one or two things at most.

as well as their computers, hair dryers, dishwasher..

Its best to shop for a lender who's competent at hair ball closings.

Missing out on key information and not doing your research will likely have you pulling out hairs in a few years because you bought in the wrong location.
