I can't see it mentioned anywhere on the main website of bulidium or anywhere else, but I just created a buildium trial account because I'm thinking of signing up and there is a banner in the trial area that says something along the lines of "pricing alert!

I'm using iLoan Tracker, but it's very basic; for instance, I have to manually enter the interest portion of each payment, rather than the app automatically doing it for me.I'm trying to keep track of various personal loans I have floating out there, and just would like to KISS.Thanks!

My goal is to buy a house, rehab it, then either sell it and pay off the HM loan or refi into a 30-year FNMA loan if it is a rental.At the time of the purchase, the HM lender is floating all of the loan to me in effect, with the portion needed to actually buy the property being paid out to the title company at closing; the repair portion is held in escrow and I only receive that once the repairs are made (this can be done at once at the end, or throughout as small draws; thought with an inspection fee).

If you are flipping the REO's and you have a good relationship the bank will float you the REO's for 90 days so you can flip them.

This has, IMO, allowed prices to float higher than 8 times pretax average income, and taxes here are no joke with average of 30-35%, plus 23% VAT, plus gas is 7$ a gallon plus, etc...
