As far as talking to heirs I just feel it out try to ask sincere questions and extract intel.

I've been reading, exercising, and studying while simultaneously cutting out my less meaningful and less fulfilling habits such as media consumption.

The solution is therefore not at all integrated and often does not come with any meaningful support over the long term.  

The only way it has meaningful cashflow is to house hack it, we knew that going in.

So, how meaningful is it?

The motto I live by is if I'm not growing I'm dying, so regardless of being afraid I must do it, because the end result is.........I would like to enjoy a lifestyle of financial freedom and abundance, be young enough so that I can travel anytime, give to charity as I desire, buy whatever I choose, and build meaningful things that contribute to society.

However, I was watched in my childhood by my mother and grandparents and tried to assure her it was a more meaningful experience for me as a child than going to daycare. 

If they can't do that for pros, with the number of pros in the country shopping HD, I'm not seeing where BP is going to get them to give any type of meaningful discount.

The important thing is to not let the damage get any worse.Once the dust settles, you can see if there is any value to be extracted from the rubble.
