Third, I'd add retail strip malls and enclosed malls. they're very reasonably priced and I think selectively excellent investments.But I most agree with the poster that said just short stocks or buy puts if you're that negative.

Julia often encloses a written letter with her payments and has thanked me over and over for being patient with the rent, also underlined she is working extra hours to make the rent payment (like it is my fault).

I ask this because it does not mention anything about retirement accounts, at least as far as I have read, and if I did put money into a 401K it will take about 4-5 years to save that much with my current living expense, (the largest parts being rent, insurance, and transportation, as mentioned in the book)Thoughts on this would be great.

The town is too small to have public transport, but the property is 2 minutes from the highway.The land is zoned agricultural/open space but is in the city's 20-year plan to be low density residential.

If I had to pick it would be areas close to me so I Like Carnegie and Dormont and anything in between those areas that are close to transportation.

You also need several factors that will change it's value, like amenities, location, near a good business highway access, a good school district, good first impression, a good public transportation stop, parking, frontage road access, etc..
