Sometimes a book can sound and look great but then you open it up and read a few pages and it disappointing.

Maybe I'm spoiled from other seminars I liked but I was really disappointed with the  stratospheric pricing to continue with them.

These loans are business loans (in-house loans) and are not backed by outside agencies like most conventional mortgages are.So don't be disappointed, what your banker is telling you is the norm.

So you cannot make a blanket statement that HUD/Section 8 will automatically pay a LL those rents or someone will be awful disappointed when they find out how much they are really going to get from Section 8.
