It's guaranteed that at least the baby daddy will live there, possibly an entire additional family.People from some cultures/ countries have no problem putting an entire family into each bedroom.As noted above, it's impossible to prove occupancy.

If this thread doesn't have you convinced, check Steve's post history for where he complaints about his commercial loans, and then celebrates paying them off so he doesn't have to deal with being harassed for updated financials every X years just to keep the same loan in place that he's never missed a payment on.

I am not sure if that is a norm or culture in philly, but I have proof if anything goes wrong like tenant(s) can claim that they never agree/accept to move out or they can simply pay rent again/ sure me for any damage because PM/I am not authorized to go in/clean up the property while the landlord and tenant relationship exists.
