After 15 years in the Biz, I just moved to "expRealty" which is completely cloud-based (no Bricks 'n Morter) and I LOVE it as I don't generally meet clients in the office and when I do go into the office, there's very few, if any agents in there so why continue to pay for that!?

Look at it as upside until you have a full understanding of how the process works.On code violations and fines - those are usually title clouds that transfer with the property.

I would figure a title search would reveal any liens or clouds on the title, and title insurance should cover you in the event something comes up in the future.
