These offer cloud accounting systems that are simple to use yet offer great analytics and data backup.  

After 15 years in the Biz, I just moved to "expRealty" which is completely cloud-based (no Bricks 'n Morter) and I LOVE it as I don't generally meet clients in the office and when I do go into the office, there's very few, if any agents in there so why continue to pay for that!?  

Look at it as upside until you have a full understanding of how the process works.On code violations and fines - those are usually title clouds that transfer with the property.

Hello all, I'm wondering if anyone can help me to find an app to simply take pictures of receipts that are then immediately uploaded to a cloud where I, my partner, or my accountant could access them. 

Also, don't allow the "need" for a first deal to cloud your judgement, be patient and move on unless you get a solid return.

I would figure a title search would reveal any liens or clouds on the title, and title insurance should cover you in the event something comes up in the future.

You can also associate it to your msft ID and store the notebooks on the msft cloud (free, up to certain sizes). 

Do not "cloud" your estimate to make any project look better to attract others who invest in your deal.
