You avoid the costs, tax returns, and bookkeeping associated with an LLc.d.

Truly the dumbest thing I've ever seen, and it makes bookkeeping a bit of a pain, but in return the accounts are completely free.

Just imagine if you own 50 properties, you would have to have 50 LLC which would very expensive and too complex for book keeping.

I am a newbie, I have not done any deals yet, and I know I will be getting a CPA/bookkeeper; my question is: in general terms how much should I expect to pay in taxes?

Not because of QuickBooks, but because of general principles of REI bookkeeping.

.), figure a way to streamline the process of managing your properties so you can scale (bookkeepeing, rent collection, how you plan on handling repairs, etc.), etc.Personally I started off leveraging and acquiring properties in a short amount of time.

Most people know my investing situation and know that my partner handles most of the day to day operations while I handle the bookkeeping, website and other “behind the scenes” activities.

We keep a bookkeeper on staff but the buck stops here.
