You're already under contract and, I would think, have signed off on the repair amendment.  

If not, consider amending the lease at your next opportunity.We do regular maintenance inspections (every three months or six, depending on the property).

I think they may have done it primarily because I wasn't at the Future land Use map amendment hearing... which is the first step in re-zoning.  

You signed a 14 month lease and it sounds like they amended that lease to add a roommate and then amended it again when that roommate left.

They signed the Op Agreement amendment and it was a big deal.When something needs to be done at the properties, small jobs like periodic grounds pick-up are contributions as owners.  

It is a big company ("Loftium") with over 600 rental arrangements (they basically rent the house from me and then sub-lease it to tenant that will live in the main house and rent a portion of it as Airbnb) unfortunately they decided to ride on the CARES act and the fact that I can't evict anyone during that time so they sent me an amendment to the contract asking me to reduce the lease amount by 35% or else they will not pay.

Also, if you had tenants before the LLC formation, did you have them sign an amendment to the lease of who they were leasing the property from?

Hello, my lender is asking for us to get a "Texas Association of Realtors Commercial Contract Amendment" form because we have had to move forward the closing date because of  some delays on their part (we thought it would be OK to simply change the closing date on the original contract and have both buyer/seller initial - why is this not OK?)
