This can explain false high readings - however, the furnace is running continuously 99% of the time anyway, so it's not that it isn't receiving the message that heat is needed, it's that it's either not delivering the necessary amount of heat (is that the second stage that kicks up the power?)

Even doing something as drastic as obtaining a court order often will not result in the removal of false statements.Businesses are subject to the whims of disgruntled employee and unreasonable customers (some in attempts to intimidate the business into giving into demands).

What the appraiser estimated as $80k in renovation would have been north of $200k.Now into your comment: most houses of all condition are selling for absurd prices, so appraisers are looking at those and appraising accordingly.

As a conservative investor, I feel there are so many investments and sponsors to choose from, and I have no desire or reason to invest in any that have even a suggestion of a possible ethical or fraud related issue.The sponsor of DivesyFund, under his given name of Charles Craig Cecilio, was charged by regulators at the state of California Bureau of Real Estate for: "secret profit or undisclosed compensation, use of false or Fictitious Business Names, failing to submit independent audit report, failing to file with the BRE the Quarterly Threshold Reports, failing to supervise the real estate activities of the company, inaccurate and incomplete trust fund records, inaccurate and incomplete recording of separate record for each beneficiary or transaction, and failing to maintain the monthly reconciliation of all the separate records or transactions to the balance of the record of all trust funds received and disbursed."

I do feel for her frustration and my reaching out and providing a listening ear to her long complaints may have given her a false sense that she has a greater say in how our property is managed than she actually does.

Issues here include1- Promoter's lack of experience2- Promoter's lack of a track record3- Promoter's lack of knowledge of syndication4- High risk development5- Not a professional presentationWe used to have a lot o these types on BP (in the "old" days), where a poster would post some incorrect/undoable/false assumption narrative, be corrected by people with experience, and double down by insisting he is correct.
