In under 10 years, you'll have a few of these and the rents of the earlier ones should have some room for cashflow by now and maybe you'd see some appreciation but guess what, you'd have started your little Real Estate empire.

How would you leverage all your assets (tangible and intangible) to build an empire? 

This community has been really useful so far for me.As for LLCs, it seems like you have to cover yourself for a while, but once you've got a mini "empire" going, then you should be able to use your LLC to make everything happen.

I am a lot younger in my investment career and empire building, but have properties purchased in 2009  that are in that scope.

There are many programs designed to build a coaching empire - NOT a real estate empire (clue - many sub-coaches).

Anyway, hoping for any references people have for good and available contractors in the Inland Empire.

I wouldn't pay to go see him since I think many of us on this board have more hands-on knowledge than him, but I can appreciate the fact that he's built up a ridiculous empire and can motivate the hell out of people.
