I do not do property management as I love the art of the deal for acquisition and selling and also my own deals.Property managers take a certain mind set to enjoy that aspect.

I wouldn't contact a child but investigate and you can pick out names.The art of tracing is putting the info together that you can find and then anticipate likely activities with them and contact people until you locate them....without spilling beans in public, you need a reason to contact them from these sources.
