I am currently spending every free moment trying to get my blog/website/3rd non-paying full time job launched.

I know David Green from BP is launching a book on becoming a successful realtor soon but wasn't sure if that would take another few months, in which case I can buy another book until David's book is launched.

Some background...I recently launched a listing that now has 5 reviews and a shameful 4.2 overall rating. 

I'm now ready to launch my Real-Estate business.

I just launched RehabForelosures.com and have become quite adept with using the FHA203k loan.

I am running into a massive problem launching my business.

So I decided to take 1 month break and launch this FULL ON and see if I can make 1 deal this month.

My Education Company specializes in teaching people how to invest in Self-Storage (Our Self Storage Academy has launched the careers of hundreds of self storage investors, many here on BP) and we also hold a 3 day private money event called the Self Storage Private Money Summit.  

I Hope to learn a lot about real estate investing and launch my career in investing in real estate soon.
