The purpose of this post is to start a meaningful discussion to find potential partners in real estate investors, builders, handyman, property management, and real estate development while gaining knowledge of each industry's advantages, disadvantages, and how each industry can combine to maximize efficiency, profitability, expansion. 

IMO a more meaningful measure is: sales data from the same uniform subdivision, sales at arms length, year over year transactions, prices by square foot not absolute tax stamp sales data.

The ratio number does not meaningfully transfer to compare and contrast to other locations 1000 miles away. 

You only get one life and it is better to not be stressed out and spend your time in a way that is meaningful to you and that you enjoy.

Without seeing the sub-market data, it's hard to draw any meaningful conclusions about "Atlanta evictions."

But median rent is one thing and the amount of pain you have to go through in order to extract it is another.Is there a good tool out there for analyzing neighborhoods or several square blocks for things like average credit score/rental turnover, etc? 

We hired a plumber and the drainage issue was quick fixed, and water extracted.

I agree that the biggest cancer in all that is the teachers union (and I would add to that the nursing union as well - a small disclosure though - My wife is both a special education teacher and a vocational nurse... and yet) those unions are in away of any meaningful reform.

Jeremiah, the point is that when you extract the equity from your house, you are assured of paying that interest.
