Obviously there were minor expenses such as legal transportation etc. but otherwise it was all built into the deal.Buy: 203,000Hard money: 165,000Private Investor: 75,000 (15% secured + 10% of profit)Reno's: 25,000Sold: 265,000Net Profit: 14,6004 months from close to close.Now if private money was more accessible and the trust easier to build you could do alot of these and, in theory, spend none of you own money.

I'm all for a system where everyone is provided with at least a minimum standard for care, with people (like me) having the right to choose and pay for private care anytime I want.This is the way it works for lots of stuff in this country (civil defense, municipal utilities, public transportation, broadcast TV, etc); I don't see people complaining that local police forces providing a standard of security are a socialistic concept...why is health care any different?

I've already had two gc come and take a look and they said the options I have are 1) break the concrete and install new hookups into the garage, or 2) move the hookups from the kitch into the patio (enclosed patio already).
