I normally just did an email agreement instead of any formal addendum, as it's just as good as long as they acknowledge the email.Something like, "Joe and Mary Smith will be moving in August 1st instead of August 8th per the lease signed on July 10th, with all terms per the lease, but to begin August 1st.
