Better paper trail if you have to file an eviction.

Raise the concern given by the neighbors to put the tenants on notice; Get my truck shipped out of the house; Start a paper trail with the police even if nothing gets done; Wait out the remaining time on the lease.

Lets not go down that rabbit trail. 

. - We helped the client with an action plan to streamline their process, put audit trail in place, create a workflow, implemented a procedure where each employee was delegated one step of the process (without the other person knowing that they were been internally audited), and customizing reports and in the end we were hired in being a part time CFO- They still accept cash, barter, money order, ACH, credit card no Bitcon yet.

Last thing you want is lack of a paper trail.

The new drywall had paint that is no longer a uniform color or texture, but rather consists of a mixture of crayon drawings, dried food stuffs and trails of sticky juice splattered on the walls.  

This then starts a legal paper work trail that shows that you are not willing to let them live rent free in the house, unless you can work out some sort of written agreement agreed upon by both parties.

This is different, you  have signs supported by paper trails (i.e., evidence) to support that gut instinct.
