If you're doing some googleing/searching for a few answering services to compare and shop, I'd recommend searching for things like "web call handling" "website order entry services" "order entry answering services" the more specific you get the more likely you'll find what you're looking for and not a keyword stuffing, outsourced to wherever service.

I'm not big on outsource companies(listsource for example) that gets lists from my area because my area doesn't report all the proper information all the time.
