Embrace the problems, learn from them, and be better prepare for your future deals!

I used to rent a nasty house from two nasty women.

Oh, none at all.Except maybe the monetizing part.If you three women owned a horse together, which part would you want: the part you ride, the part you feed, or the part you clean up after? 

They were really in to women, but that is another thread from a few days ago.

Was there anything in her lease that would make her think you'd only rent to women? 

There is a lesson in here with for the bright young men & women who are today being brainwashed on YouTube and other forums to detest and shun higher education and professional 9 - 5 jobs by “gurus” who obviously don’t want too many smart sophisticated people around on this planet so they can sell their generic advice for a fat fee.

I had also met the women and although a bit ecentric, was necessarily a bad person. 

I was very adamant about doing this and I now feel that I am well embraced in the REI community in Denver.

Not to be afraid of back taxes but embrace back taxes but as in any endeavor get your education and training. 

My advise to you (or anyone else who wish to self-directed their IRA or 401k): understand the rules and embrace them!
