This is not a knock on Indy by any means just a stronger preference right now towards the other two but it is a really close call.

And yes it has a higher interest rate as people have pointed out, but with no principal payments required, the cash flow will be much stronger than traditional term debt. 

So even if you pick a state with stronger protections like WY or NV, the cause of action arose in the state where the tenant fell, so likely that the court where the accident happened would have jurisdiction.

The Work force is strong, the rental demand is even stronger.

Make the closing fuel for bigger, better, stronger, more enduring things.
