Patience and persistence!

Through it all, I've always been persistent, and I've never lost the belief that entrepreneurship is the only way to live my life with passion and the potential for freedom for my family… a philosophy I've seen over and over again here at BP, which I think is great.

Persistance, Perseverance, and and Positive Attitude should keep you moving.

Also remember to be patient, persistent without being pushy.

You might even be able to get a free opinion from you local USDA NCRS (Soil Conservation Service) , or the building permit office about the possibility of moving the water to the city storm drain system if it proves to be a persistent problem.I would also look around to see if someone else has recently done something to make the situation worse for your location.

I know I am to blame for not persisting on the issue.But before closing they reassured me it works. 

It takes persistence. 

@Wes Blackwell I commend your persistence but I am only speaking from living there and the crimes I personally had in 'great' areas.I lived on Euclid ave across the street from UOP.

Even if this persists for several days, this may be necessary to "keep the peace" and is a good expenditure to possibly save thousands to correct the sewer issue.
