I don't really care to see my vendor invoices or background check / credit reports, but I want to make sure that they are not cheating me (e.g. tagging on additional fees to vendor invoices, forgetting to run the full background check).

On the other hand, I have copies of the old service invoices from the previous owners and I would like to replace as many of the trouble areas as possible to help avoid on-going service calls for known issues.

If the plumber will put it on his invoice that there is no way that this is residual matter from before our lease agreement says that this is the tenants expense.I would talk with the plumber about reducing the $600 bill because it looks like he may have inflated it because he was angry.

because the subs in new construction each tend to do a specific thing.. have companies up and running are professional SUCCESSFUL and can carry a tune  or I mean a Job so that they only get paid once a month.. invoice in by the 25th paid on the 10Th and lien release from last draw or no next draw.. we need lien release to get early issue title insurance..

It is not as easy easy to predict as sales price but there's no disputing what the net is after the deal is done. as-long as both parties can review the final closing statement, the contractor invoices and the financials there's not much room for argument.
