@Mordchai Lunger   one of the biggest  fallacies  is that RIA's are non profit they are a for profit enterprise just like any guru or educator.. you have to pay dues. and here they are doing nothing more than a guru spin.I would want to talk to those that paid the dough and they actually funded deals for and not just a few.I personally do all my deals in  a JV format just like this only I usually don't take 50% I usually take less.. and I never charge up front..

I have no need for this service myself, but now that I have been thinking about it I can not move on.It looks to me like this is very similar to a Paypal transaction, Experian is just the third party providing the payment servicing, they do the reporting to the credit bureau's, the landlord only has the ability to waive reporting late payments, not instigate a report.Maybe I am totally missing something here, which is very possible???

However, he does appear to be registered with the State of Ohio as a business entity, and also "Licensed by the OHIO Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) (#01925898)", which I could not find this organization via Google (I am in Michigan).
