I had the opportunity to visit the area when I visited family in Mi, for Christmas.

A few days after Christmas, a potential client called in hopes that I could help with his situation. 

I was going to college here in the state of Washington, but as I went home for Christmas break I got offered a internship at a local real estate agents office and my mentor has provided me with a lot of connections In the three weeks I have been interning, then the three years I’ve been contemplating whether to pursue real estate or not.

For instance, we own multiple cabins in the mountain town of Leavenworth, WA which is known for it's Christmas Lights in the winter, so that, along with the nearby ski mountain (Stevens Pass) keep us busy in the winter.

I just had to run down to one of my rentals cause some jack*** left a Christmas tree in front of my house.  

So, that's just normal issues that you have with rental properties, but the trailer thing does add another dimension to it.When we decided to add the tiny houses to our Christmas tree farm, we had to put in a road and a septic system and run electricity and water out to the location.
