I was all in at 86K we got it appraised at 95K (which i think is low) the local bank I work with agreed to refi up to 80% of appraised or 90% of cost which ever was less, in this case it meant that I was able to pull back 76K which meant I only left in 10K.

I’m just doing a BRRRR on tri plex, had to pay cash for the building and rehab.Then when it’s appraisal ready should get 70% loan to ARV Or all the cost, whichever is lower.

Hello All - I have a question regarding property management.We just recently purchased a triplex and the agreement reads that the PM fee is "(b) A fee equal to TEN percent ( 10 %) of gross rental income received on all rental agreements starting in 2nd month, OR $65.00 per month, whichever is greater."
