Hello, I work for a property manager who currently is using ABODEA to assist with calls from tenants during weekends and evening time when the office isn't open. 

My cabin has been consistently booking for the weekends since we launched a couple months ago with the average person booking 2 days in advance.

Most houses in the Poconos don’t even have Memorial Day weekend booked, which is typically a huge weekend and typically books up well in advance.

There are cars in the driveway at their properties on the weekends AND often during the weekdays.

Most real estate showings are evenings and weekends.

I started reading it last night, plan to finish over the weekend.

It seemed pretty obvious to me that he put a lot of effort into helping others, just based on the fact that he had 7, 8, 9 hour zooms on weekends to answer questions and just hangout.

I realize there are better in investments, but we like Wildwood, NJ and would use it for 1 week during the summer and a weekend getaway during the off season.Current pricing appears to be $650-$850K for 3BR/2BA, 1,400 sq. ft. and ~$16K out of pocket costs ($5K yearly taxes, $10K condo fees covering wifi/cable, flood, sewer, trash, etc. and $600 for content insurance).

And it was awesome I wrote them all up that weekend.

Rentals are obviously not as crazy as peak COVID times, however even in winter we're still having most weekends booked out with the odd midweek booking here and there.
