On the other hand, a leaking toilet could be caused by something like a misaligned or worn wax ring and is (in my opinion) more serious because water could actually be leaking out of the toilet and causing damage.

Utility company will simply stop giving them electricity and they can sit in your rental with their candles and bill that is no longer too high

I decided to change the toilet and wax ring to fix this.

Paint the wood trim over fireplace the closest beige to blend with the brick color, remove dated fireplace screen and stage inside the fireplace with staggered candles, or photograph while fire is roaring inside.

We gave them wax melts and the warmers for Christmas.
