Honestly, we need way more information to make this call after repair value, area rents etcOne advantage in real estate is that time can make a lot of poor decisions better but never go into a deal that doesn't have an upside on rents and the sale price because you just don't know when you unintentionally have to rent it when you can't sell it for what you want.

This is just typical BP, even if unintentional, misinformation.To the OP, what to do with your cash flow is buy more cashflowing assets, if you are able to find them at prices that make sense.
