There's a lot of protesting going on concerning it.

You can do well with either but I prefer a local # because in my area being the "little guy" is more advantageous then trying to be a "BIG SHOT INVESTOR"...just to give you an idea on my reasoning I live in a town that has been protesting Home Depot moving in because "we don't need em here!".

As spring and summer arrives, my goal is to get back to frequent camping trips and take some mountainbiking trips.I also plan to become even more politically active and attend at least one tea party protest in Washington D.C.

In the 60's, citizens took to the streets to protest the War in Vietnam because they believed it to be wrong.Today, I believe it is wrong how BofA has become so large and how they take advantage of it, on our dime no less!

Hire a tax protest company on day 1 and get them the condition report so they can protest taxes.  

Have you protested the tax appraisal showing them the true market value?

Don't act like the state and put increases in that don't ever fall off.They can't challenge special assessment, but they can certainly protest a 100% increase.
