Challenges?

I wholeheartedly believe in the end you will come out ahead, but you must be prepared to weather potential storms with the strain of limited to no cash flow, which can be challenging. 

If your looking to invest and learn about notes PPR may not be the right place as they are true mailbox $ and as passive as it gets (which is nice as well).

Our portfolio currently cash flows, but cash flow isn’t our top priority right now since we plan to use this portfolio to supplement our retirement in 12 years when I leave the Army.My biggest challenge is committing to an out-of-state market.

Steve,It is true PE and investment groups have been gobbling up the market over the last 10 years- so much of the 'great all TOH parks' are more and more difficult to find. 

Plymouth is an amazing spot to own a rental but making the numbers work is challenging at current prices.

If you are going to buy $75,000 houses in Memphis, you need to go visit them in person.I don't know anything about these companies, but when it sounds way too good to be true, it normally is.
