I'm curious how the recent Hurricane Florence and the pending Tropical Storm Michael have/will affect the Fayetteville area. 

I've never been a fan of potted plants.

Your electrics will be a mess and the house will mold from the moisture from the plant transpiration.

In CA I can email title company day of the sherif sale and within two hours I’ll get the clear to close title very or detail title report..... i am finding it very difficult here on the east coast one title plant is digital and accessed anywhere in the world the other title plant is at the courthouse and is done through manual labor.that's what they call a title abstractor.. we don't have those folks on the West coast.. at least the same type of position you find in other states..  

This usually only causes maintenance trouble down the line because the paint traps water up against the brick.Also, landscaping trim up the bushes, maybe some plantings along the bottom of the buildings.Lastly, what about a low white fence in front of the grass extending from each building to the center walkway.

My goal would be to plant a seed in peoples' minds that "Hey, my neighbor needs to get rid of his property...I'll give him Brock's info!"

Yep, water spins the opposite way; I legitimately had a (semi)domesticated kangaroo that lived in my front yard growing up; and yes, even our plants try and kill you.
