What @Erik Estrada said about your mortgages coming due upon the transfer is a real issue.

@Philip Jones we've helped our clients do over a hundred.As some of the lenders posting have pointed out, the challenges are:1) Property value and corresponding loan size2) Appraisals have much better comparables than 5 years ago, but may still be an issue.3) Property condition can be an issue via the appraisal4) Ownership seasoning - most lenders looking for 6+ months or incredible documentation for cost of improvements made.5) Most DSR lenders require professional property management.Always try a small local bank or credit union, but most will expect you to transfer your business bank accounts over to them. 

Without question, do not open escrow or transfer funds without going through a Real Estate Law Firm. 

Fannie/Freddie absolutely will allow you to transfer your property into an LLC after closing.

Been renting for 10+ years, before venmo / zelle - whenever I asked my tenant they used to prefer bank transfer or checks.

I personally like the credit card balance transfer check route, since it's interest-free for a decent amount of time (aside from an initial 3.00% fee). 

Transfer of Membership Interest: You can dissolve your membership by selling or transferring your 33.33% stake to the remaining partners or a new member.

If there's nothing stated, call them and have a converastion.Some PMs will collect rent and transfer to you while others will have the rent sent to you directly and charge their fees separately.

Would love your insight and/or simple list of pros and cons.For Baselane I'm interested to hear if folks have opened an account with them and what that looks like - are you immediately transferring to an existing property account or actually using their account to manage things?

Can you get somebody transferring in to rent the house for their 2-3 year tour?
