I agree with Tim, this idea sounds like a nice hobby but as fast as the market is moving here in SA, the data will become obsolete pretty quick imo.Ask yourself is this the best use of your time and resources?

This also includes any potential benefits for tax losses, no matter where they are sourced to.Given the property is in MO, it would also be subject to income tax reporting in that state, unless there are any exceptions to having a filing requirement there (I don't know MO rules off the top of my head).  

Looking to learn how your experience was with going through the permitting process in the city and if you used any vendors that were a positive resource for the process.

I am looking to purchase an extended stay hotel. I would like a book or program recommendations in order to learn how to purchase and manage the extended stay hotel. Thanks for any help you can provide! 

For the record, I purchased (or got free) a book from Joe years ago called "Brilliant at the Basics" and it was legitimately a valuable resource that helped me in my business.
