There's only a very tiny pool of potential buyers that could be better buyers.

I quit my 9-5, now own 2 single family homes a tiny home and 7 acres of land.

I decided to terminate due to tiny cash flow, tenants not qualifying, $18K closing costs, and poor condition of exterior which had not been maintained.

I also have tiny homes and these make a lot more money because I only paid around $25k so very easy to make a profit and people think it is so cool to stay or live in a tiny home right now. 

We are looking at a rundown MHP in the area to potentially flip into a tiny home community and looking for boots on the ground support to do a preliminary walk through of the property and surrounding area for us.

The upstairs is tiny so we furnished it.

I wouldn't by a 20 unit property in a tiny rural town, population 200.  

Plus it was a weirdly laid out building & each unit had only 1 bathroom & a tiny kitchen.

@Ian Ray I am currently struggling to get permitting approved for the tiny shipping container home I would like to build.

We can also pay this guy off for a tiny fraction of that price to get this done quickly.
