Hotel/Motel, Condo, Apartments all have had substantial rates because a lot of companies have either stopped writing the business or non-renewed it and the companies that will still write it have to take premium because of the risk they're taking on.I know that doesn't help you at all but my advice would be if you have an independent agent who you trust and like and believe they're doing the best they can for you stick with them and let them work all the markets for you.

Whenever I've stayed at hotels/motels, I find the tv options severely lacking and not worth watching. 

There are not enough hotels and bed and breakfast spaces for all these people, so private bnb rentals (such as Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) are booming in Salem.

The next step is for AI using multiple software platforms autonomously: booking your family trip based on a few YouTube travel videos you liked, including flights, hotels, car and restaurants,  creating an excel spreadsheet with the agenda and sending emails to all family members with everything they need to know.

The city can also still require operators to collect tax similar to a hotel.

All the skeptics gathered outside of the hotel to express our relief that we didn’t fall for their BS.  

The sink is the size you would find in a hotel room and is smaller than an RV sink.

The federal government does have the authority to regulate things that affect interstate commerce (which is just about everything) so long as proportionality and other considerations are observed.A famous case proving the point is the Heart O' Atlanta Motel (Hotel?)

However many of them look like what you get at a hotel.
