Most people don’t vote, thus votes are not a good measure of a posts value or interest.  

I'll admit, I never bothered to properly measure the space, so the lease very clearly said "approximately" for square footage.

Not necessarily as a vanity measurement of a current portfolio, but as a measurement of experience. 

They are the most stringent fund that I broker money for.

He just had a podcast on BP so he must have a measure of legitimacy.

I am told he brags during his podcasts that he enjoys getting sued for, according to him that is a good way to measure his company's growth.

You mentioned you are involved in things in other countries, why not share some of the things you see they are doing that are really good measures and could be implemented here in America?

I have only charged for the locks being changed on the property when the previous tenant moved out because she said it took too long to get the repairs done even though I told her what your plumber said about the floor being warped and I believe he was correct because it just seemed to me like foundation issues in certain spots that couldn't be helped and I did also charge for the steps being replaced  with 2 boards which probably measured about 6 ft in.lenghth $450.00 to be replaced  and painted because that was another tenant complaint and you told me to go ahead and fix it....I told you said that when we looked at the house when the tenants moved out he also didn't see any work that needed to be done to it...the only thing i saw was the rat droppings and the garage door issue that didn't work and the limbs down in the front and back yard which i requested to be removed.

I know this has been asked in other forums, but I'm looking for the most up-to-date / best option to get good room measurements and create a layout of the property. 

The landlord also said they would need to have a vendor come out for measurements and estimate.
